Americans agree: our schools should be healthy, high performing and inspiring learning environments, ripe with opportunities for future leaders. Please help us understand where we stand in pursuit of this shared vision by completing this short, ten minute survey on the benefits and barriers to improving K-12 schools. Your responses are anonymous.

The results of this survey will help The Center for Green Schools at the U.S. Green Building Council and Architecture for Humanity develop resources that help communities seize opportunities to improve their schools.

We're seeking input from the entire K-12 school community: school board members, administrators, business officials, facilities planners, architects and contractors, faculty and staff, students and parents. We use the word "school" to represent individual schools, schools that comprise several buildings on a single campus, or a whole school district. Our focus on school improvements includes upgrades, retrofits and renovations to school facilities and grounds (e.g., HVAC system upgrades, plumbing updates, and sustainability programs).

Upon completion of the survey, you'll have the opportunity to enter to win prizes, sign up to receive more information, and put your name on the list to receive the forthcoming best practices toolkit, to be released in early 2013.

Thank you for your time, your support and your commitment to bringing sustainability to every school and student.
