In the spring I will be transitioning out as executive director and I want to leave on a high note with a initiative called #4for40.

In November I turn 40. I want to raise funds to finish four projects, on four continents, tackling four distinct issues: education, safety, resiliency and shelter - the basic building blocks of a sustainable life. The things that have driven my passion my entire life.

My friends at RYOT.ORG are giving away $200K to charities over the 7 days. In order to win some of those matching funds, I am launching #4for40.

Housing for Fort Peck, Montana // Architect: Nathanial Corum
Cause: Natural Building and Tribal Rights
Impact: one tribal family (and eventually 150 homes)
Amount Funded: $15k
Additional Amount Needed: $40k
