During the early years of the organization, armed just a laptop and a cell phone, some of our volunteers were alarmed by the number of coffees I'd have per day. On average around 5-7 coffee. What they didn't realize is that for every $5 coffee meeting I'd leave with a $25-50 donation. This kept us going for years!

So, as we launch our capital building campaign -- for our grassroots supporters we are going back to basics and doing a ‘coffee with’ campaign called 'Do A Latte Good'.

It's simple, starting 5pm PST you can bid on coffee with an Architecture for Humanity supporter, designer or client and in exchange they‘ll put funds towards improving the living standards of communities around the world.

From Oct 12th to the 22nd you can bid on the following Architecture for Humanity friends;

Arctic Pioneer Ben Saunders
Ocean Explorer David de Rothschild
Pre Fab Guru Michelle Kaufmann
Sustainability Expert Eric Corey Freed
Environmental Activist and Melrose Place Actor Daphne Zuniga
Architecture for Humanity co-founder Cameron Sinclair
