IF YOU ever wondered what a day at HQ was like, a volunteer undertook an independent time lapse project. It's certainly no Day in the Field, but we're excited to slave away at our computers :) in our beautiful new office space at 695 Minna in San Francisco (which we're arranging to celebrate in April).

Program coordination and administration are no easy tasks - thanks to everyone at HQ for sharing a slice of life as context for all our conversations.

Construction on the Phase One classroom building continues at "College Coeur Immacule de Marie" the all-girls school in Bois Verna, a historic neighborhood of Port au Prince. Seven communities in seven countries in Europe and Latin America are partnering with us to strengthen local arts, crafts and health through architecture. In celebration of the February 14th and our mutual love of architecture we are pleased to present our partnership with Enel Cuore. Please join us in recognizing the powerful social impact of the architecture we love. Learn more about the places we've left our heart this February.

For no particular reason at all on this particular day of February 14, we here in Cape Town are feeling a little sentimental.

We'd like to take a moment to celebrate our love for building in Africa where our commitment to Football for Hope began in 2008. It was love at first sight. Architecture meets health promotion meets peace building meets anti-discrimination meets football. A baby was born and we couldn't be more proud to see how she's grown over the years.

Here's a little album we put together to capture some of those special moments, and our love, while building on a continent that can't be summed up in one word. Africa.
