In a changing world increasingly vulnerable to disaster your skills are needed more than ever. We need many different skills sets and credentials such as: • Design Professionals (licensed and unlicensed architects) • Landscape Architects • Engineers We also often need volunteers with expertise in the following areas: • Community Centers • Economic Development • Education • Film Editing • Fundraising • Grant Writing • Graphic Design • International Relations • Languages • Planning • Public Policy • Schools
Both short and long-term opportunities exist. We ask our volunteers to service a minimum of three months (15+ hours per week). Depending on the project requirements, design professionals can work on-site or remotely from their home or office.
