Local Architects Thorsten Nolte and Nanda Eskes are finalizing drawings for the Homeless World Cup legacy center in Santa Cruz, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for the Homeless World Cup and Instituto Bola Pra Frente. The team is pushing towards groundbreaking in July and completion by the Homeless World Cup in September.
