Construction on the Phase One classroom building continues at "College Coeur Immacule de Marie" the all-girls school in Bois Verna, a historic neighborhood of Port au Prince. The design and construction team plans to lead a tour of the building site with the students and teachers who have been very curious about what is going on behind the construction fence. We will show them the massive rebar work going inside the concrete. The foundation is almost completed. This project alone stimulated the recovery of about 25 construction jobs. See below...

Sadly we're saying farewell to our young and brilliant architects Laura Smits, Peter Arnts and Radim Tkadlec. It is amazing how work became fun when you were around, all of us will miss you, and we wish you guys good luck. To Rolande Augustin, the administrative assistance after two years of dedication to AHF, we wish this farewell is temporary and takes you a step closer to a new beginning. You will also be missed. Design Opportunities & Program Needs
Haiti Strategy Session - Friday, Jan 25, 1:00- 5:00 pm
Our goal this year is to increase productivity without hindering performance. We organized our 2013 annual strategy planning session. We created a space where presentation of new ideas were shared and lively debated over these ideas, defined a common clear vision of how things are and objectives, remained focus on our mission statement and introduced a new approach as the office is soon becoming a legal Haitian entity.

Originally from Port - au Prince. Jerry is invited to be the speaker for on our next Meet & Greet.
